A "Small Screen Position" setting that applies in Large Screen layout and allows the user to set the position of the small screen relative to the large screen from the choices "Upper Left", "Center Left", "Lower Left", "Upper Right", "Center Right", "Lower Right", "Centered Below", "Centered Above"
In the first iteration this could simply be a drop-down list next to the Large Screen Proportion setting , but ideally eventually, this should be presented as a visual that user clicks (I will mock one up later) rather than a list. It could appear in a popup dialog in android that is selectable from from the sidebar or the layout settings menu.
Is there an existing issue for this?

This supercedes #330
Why would this feature be useful?
