EventなAPIをPromiseとして使う

fromEventについてがあっても良さそう

今のところ、DOMContentLoadedの話しか書かれてないので、
もう一つセクション的にイベント or EventEmitterとPromiseを合わせた話があると実践的に役立つと思う。

tc39/proposal-emitter がこれだと思う。
Proposalが進んだら改めて考える
