Create order on cancel payment

Plugin create pending payment order when unregistered users click on pay button and leave the site.
Huge amount of people decided to cancel payment after clicking pay with bkash. Sometimes The guest user comes to the payment page and after clicking pay button thay goes to check is the size of his t-shirt is correct. And select another size and order, and a new order is created. Earlier, it remained pending for ever.
In the case of guest users, it is harassing and unreasonable to create a pending payment order if the payment is canceled or failed.
It makes sense if he/she has an account. But even in that case yous gateway plugin can't can't proceed payment......

Updated: Pending payment is now working, User's can pay from order list if payment canceled or failed.

Guest user/ unregistered users cancelled transaction creating pending payment issue Remaining.

I turned off guest user order placement for this issue.
