Published a new version of be-literate. I hadn't updated this behavior/enhancement for quite a while, so code quite different from before. Continuing to move away from TypeScript for simple components like this (avoiding global warning by not requiring a build step), taking advantage of TypeScript's support for import JSDocs.

Finished major revamp of be-calculating.

• No more TypeScript build necessary
• Using native event support, no contrived script rewriting, while keeping the amount of boilerplate quite small.
• Added formal support for "channelEvent"
• Full access to the element.
