Unwanted files in src/php #26

/beta/src/php has 1212 files. Most of these are unwanted. Remove the unwanted files and organize the other files in proper directories.

parwez is working on it and hopefully will be closed by this weeked. please open a development URL in us east server, so that it can be tested for bugs.
