find() with dual primary key.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call GenericDAO.count<T,ID> when Object has dual Id without any relation 
another objects.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
as is:
 select (count((id1, id2)) as col  from ...

to be:
 select (count((id1)) as col  from ... or select (count((*)) as col  from ...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04
hibernate-geneirc-dao 1.1.0
Springframework 3.1.1.RELEASE
