It's been over 6 months since last release (v0.23.0 on Mar 8th), and important fixes are accumulating:

language/go: don't let 'go mod download' edit go.sum #1015
gazelle: add -e flag for go list 1.16 #1019
language/go: add golang.org/x/tools/internal/typeparams to nogo deps list #1074 <- I believe this is a major one
(and more)

Releases are regrettably manual at the moment, so they take some time to prepare.
