If you want to have on this version the drivers:
R8152 DSM 5.2-5644.zip
I tried with: Syncwire Adaptateur Ethernet USB 3.0 to RJ45, Réseau Adaptateur USB Gigabit Ethernet à 1000 Mbps

Create a folder into /lib/modules/yournewfolders/ and insert inside 'r8152.ko' & 'cdc_ether.ko'
Launch the command with your terminal (ssh or telnet) : rmmod r8152 for remove the module already charged.
Launch the command : insmod /lib/modules/yournewfolders/r8152.ko
Launch the command : insmod /lib/modules/yournewfolders/cdc_ether.ko
INSERT YOUR ADAPTER.
Launch the command: ifconfig eth1 192.x.x.x netmask 255.x.x.x up
IT'S WORKING PERFECTLY.
