DS918+ (apollolake) confirmed working ok with Club 3D CAC-1420
DSM version: 6.2.3
Driver version: r8152-apollolake-2.13.0-1.spk
Switch: QNAP QSW-1105-5T

One issue I noticed when using USB network adapter is that IPv6 address is assigned even though the option is set to OFF in DSM.
I have not tested MTU changes.

Using rear USB port.
