Update query to accommodate the full list of feedstocks in Schedule 12

After review into the 2 missing types of feedstock the next steps are identified:

• one can easily be added to the query
• one requires further work with the vendor because it is a field that we currently cannot query

Actions:

• EPD Systems team to provide the updated query
• Updates made to backend (UI changes will be handled elsewhere)
