Any plans to implement row?

Row feels like a good way to construct queries on the fly (trees of RqlExpr). I had to resort to working ReqlFunction1 which works but is a bit clunky.

Hey @oliverjanik, I asked the RethinkDB team and seems like we'd need to wait for rethinkdb/rethinkdb#1196 and rethinkdb/rethinkdb#5013 to be implemented. I don't think we'll have any movement on this issue until we see changes upstream.
