Option for bin/rails g good_job:install to purge Solid gems #1593

In Rails 7 there's no queue adapter, so installing the gem is straightforward 👍

However starting a new Rails 8 app, we have solid_cache, solid_queue, solid_cable gems installed.

=> It would be cool if the install_generator.rb could replace solid with good_job
