BeiDou page has impossible a0, a1 values #144

Currently a0 (af0) is -6262056, but af0 in the BeiDou Ephemeris is 24 bits, scaled 2^-33.

So the largest a0 can be is: 0.00048828122089616954

Ditto for a1 (af1)
