Calculion is an open-source cross-platform web-based simulator for single-cell computational multiphysics problems in the field of bioelectricity.
Calculion is portably implemented in Streamlit × CPython, continuously stress-tested via GitHub Actions × tox × pytest × Codecov, and permissively distributed under the MIT license. For maintainability, calculion officially supports only the most recently released versions of Streamlit and CPython.
Calculion currently lacks an official installer. So it goes.
Calculion is open-source software released under the permissive MIT license.
