@ivokwee

Do you want the header to read

Copyright (c) 2018-2023. BigOmics Analytics SA. All rights reserved.

or

Copyright (c) 2018-2023. BigOmics Analytics Sagl. All rights reserved. (as it is now)

Does it also parse *.r (lower case) files? Also can it perhaps insert a copyright header if it is missing?

It does not at the moment. It should be quite simple to do, I will commit that on another PR and update the wiki article
