Any mods for the "printing" screen with usable info? #85

Are there any ways to somehow customise the info shown on the screen while printing?

Those accelerator bars are absolutely useless, I would prefer seeing the hotend / bed temperature, or ETA, or the part fan speed.

Are there any ready made mods or alternative firmwares available? For my surprise I could not find anything except some ugly animation forks.
