Add support for climasitation for departure

I'd love to be able to set the departure time from home assistant for my I3s. I live in Finland and it's much better to use that during winter colds as it correctly pre-heats the battery and extends its life. @robthebold mentioned in #132 in 2019 that it could be supported by the protocol. Even setting the next departure would time be sufficient start and cover most of the automation needs. Any hope this could be worked on?
