Trigger McHelper from new CI in GitHub Actions

As I remember @ElDeveloper mentioning back in December, there were some issues with this when moving from Travis to GH Actions (something about how the different IP address(es) used by GH Actions were not recognized by McHelper?).

I'm creating this issue so we can keep track of progress on this - it's definitely not the most urgent thing, but having this back in will help with PR review. Also, the QZV links in the README's tutorial point to McHelper, so until we fix this those links will not be updated as EMPress is.
