install Orange from git : git clone https://github.com/biolab/orange3
install PyQt4_gpl_x11-4.12.1
install sip-4.19.3

pip install numpy
pip install -r requirements.txt
pip install -r requirements-gui.txt

./setup.py build
./setup.py install

For orange3, you need python>=3.4

2.7? Is it possible that you actually run Python 2.7 in parts of this installation? To which python does this pip that you're running belong? Try pip --version.

This does look like you are running Python 2.7 instead of Python 3. Please re-open the issue if this is not the case.
