The MediKanren team has done a great job collecting use cases at https://github.com/webyrd/mediKanren/tree/master/biolink/use-cases (currently two). That folder contains both the racket code and a PDF presentation summarizing the analysis strategy and results. Would be great to run a similar analysis through BTE to compare/contrast results.
