Improve "active users' display

We display the number of user profiles published to the network. They have a TTL of 15 days. If a user profile was not used for 15 days it gets removed. If the user starts the app the user profile gets updated, so the expiration date gets reset.

We should make that more clear that it represents number of user profiles of users who have been using the app at least once in the past 15 days.

We can display that in a tooltip and rename "Active users" with a better term like: "Number of active user profiles".
@cbeams @axpoems Anyone has concrete suggestions for the term as well as the tooltip text?

I think we could say "Active user profiles". Then in tool tips we can say "Number of active user profiles in last 15 days"

or even better

label - “Recently Active Users”
tool tip - "Number of active user profiles in last 15 days"

I would like to work on this as my first issue based on what we decide.
