Major ICSx⁵ rewrite

After much consideration, and looking at the current state of ICSx⁵, we have decided to make a major rewrite of the whole app, including the interface, which would be migrated to Jetpack Compose.

The features will be the same, no new things will be added in this movement, but it will, be a way of making sure the app is stable enough.

v2.1.1 works fine enough for most people, but the latest beta releases have been quite buggy, and since this will take a while for sure, we recommend using the latest stable version until the new one is released.

If anyone wants to follow the development of the new version, it will be held on https://github.com/ArnyminerZ/icsx5 instead of this repo. Suggestions are welcome, but I can't guarantee that they will be included.
