Go to custom folder settings at Settings > Vault > Folders (in my case I have two custom folders set up)
Note that one of the custom folders appears to be the default "No folder", while one of the custom folders is missing
Create a new folder and save
Note the new list of folders, with "No folder" now gone and all your customer folders correctly listed
Return to your "Vault" screen
Now repeat steps 2 and 3
Expected Result
I would expect to see only custom folders to edit.
Actual Result
"No folder" (default folder) appears as an option to edit.

Thank you for including that narrated video; it was very helpful. I tested this on macOS 15.3 with Bitwarden 2025.1.2 in Brave 1.74.51, and at no point was I shown No folder as an editable folder. With that in mind, I'd recommend performing a fresh new installation of the extension by removing it, rebooting the machine, and installing it anew; you may need to remove some leftover files, though. I suspect that it's only a visual behaviour, and after that menu is refreshed by adding a new folder, it's correcting the displayed names.
If this behaviour persists, please feel free to create a Support ticket so we'd have a look at this together, and please also include a link to this GitHub report in the body of your ticket.
Alternatively, you can seek assistance from other Bitwarden users in our Community Forums, if you wish.
We use GitHub to track potential bugs and other development related matters; This GitHub report will be closed at this point.
