Github Action not verified in the GitHub Marketplace #40

Hello!

We've noticed that in some projects that have stricter rules for which action we can run that there is this following error

blackduck-inc/[email protected] is not allowed to be used in xyz/12345. Actions in this workflow must be: within a repository that belongs to your Enterprise account, created by GitHub, or verified in the GitHub Marketplace.

Can something be done about this?

Try using the commit-id instead of v2.0.0
