Running Moebius.exe results Windows Defender action

I have Windows 10 Pro Build 19045. I tried to run the portable Moebius.exe and got a nag from Windows Defender. I can of course click "Run anyway" because I've set my Defender to ask before action. But I think by default Defender just removes the file, right after download and before even try to run.

Anyway, not a bug, but an inconvenience perhaps?

this is merely windows smartscreen, its just saying that it doesnt recognize the publisher.
