Multiple NIFs are failing with missing artifacts in the latest version 1.14.0 #74

When reverting to v1.13.0, the issue disappears.

===> Missing artifact /opt/app/deps/iconverl/priv/iconverl.so
===> Missing artifact priv/iconverl.so
** (Mix) Could not compile dependency :iconverl, "/root/.mix/rebar3 bare compile --paths /opt/app/_build/dev/lib/*/ebin" command failed. You can recompile this dependency with "mix deps.compile iconverl", update it with "mix deps.update iconverl" or clean it with "mix deps.clean iconverl"

This relatively simple NIF exhibits this behaviour.
