Use symbolic link instead of duplicating for files in output_template/python/lmnet

We would have to update these duplicated files twice. And some files is not synchronized.

For example:

from datetime import datetime

blueoil/lmnet/lmnet/utils/predict_output/output.py

from datetime import datetime, timezone

@ed728 Thanks! It seems there are other similar files under output_template/python/lmnet. I'm not sure need we make similar changes. How do you think?
