more flexibility with app passwords

Describe the Feature

It would be nice to have more options for permissions with app passwords. Right now the only option is full access or no access to DMs but otherwise full access.

When multiple users are signed into an account for moderation / feed moderation it would be nice to have more options. For example, restricting access to things like changing the handle, deactivating the account, moderation or other account settings.

Not sure how many people are using app passwords like this (lol) but thank you for your consideration.
