I have not checked yet, but as a core developer for Easy Digital Downloads and Jigoshop (as well as an extension author for WooCommerce), I'd like to warn you these ecommerce plugins already have standalone mailcheck plugins for them. So what you should do is make sure your version enhances, but does not conflict with these.

Ah, didn't really think about ecommerce plugins when creating this. Thanks for the heads up.

Not a problem. The goods news (for you) is all of the ecommerce plugins (which are some of the largest) are free as well as the mailcheck plugins for them.

I'd recommend downloading the current master branch copy of EDD, Jigoshop, and Woo on Github.

For Jigoshop+WooCommerce, this is the same stable branch that you'll find on WP.org (they both use a dev branch for development). EDD uses the master branch as a development branch, then tags the release, and the zipball of the tag is what is delivered to WP.org for distribution.

Jigoshop's mailcheck: http://jigoshop.com/product/mailcheck-for-jigoshop/
EDD's + Woo's mailcheck: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/e-commerce-mailcheck/

If you need any help, feel free to @chriscct7 me :)
