What I'd like:
The cfsginal crate isn't HTTP Proxy aware, like pluto so calls from this service will go through the normal AWS endpoint even when the HTTP Proxy setting is configured in the Bottlerocket nodes.

Any alternatives you've considered:
Don't use cfsignal and HTTP Proxy, but this is more of a bug.

Core kit 3.3.2 included the support for Proxies in cfsignal, and Bottlerocket itself was updated to 3.3.2 for v1.27.1:
