Originally opened as adobe/brackets#5326

in debian gnu/linux:

Debug -> Show Developer Tools

zital@debian:~$ brackets
[0924/223125:ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(212)] GLib: GError set over the top of a previous GError or uninitialized memory.
This indicates a bug in someone's code. You must ensure an error is NULL before it's set.
The overwriting error message was: Ezin izan da "chromium-browser" prozesu umea exekutatu (No such file or directory)
../../third_party/tcmalloc/chromium/src/tcmalloc.cc:286] Attempt to free invalid pointer 0x478b91
Segmentation fault
zital@debian:~$ Created new window in existing browser session.

well, i created a symbolic link:

ln -s /usr/bin/chromium /usr/local/bin/chromium-browser

but error still persist:

../../third_party/tcmalloc/chromium/src/tcmalloc.cc:286] Attempt to free invalid pointer 0x478b91
Segmentation fault

my chromium version:

Version 29.0.1547.57 Debian jessie/sid (217859)

brackets version:

sprint 31 experimental build 0.31.0-9569 (On branch sprint-31-hotfix,sprint-31-hotfix dd28c6a6e)

Sounds like a duplicate of #5307 (and #5314, etc.). Closing on that assumption --@ZiTAL please reopen if I missed some dissimilarity.
