Brackets use the font that looks ugly for russian letters. How could I change the font for UI ?

Duplicate of #3465 -- closing. I've posted some instructions for hacking in an alternative font as a workaround: https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Customize-Your-Code-Font
