Exceptions on @@ not effective in brave #383

My blocklist contains the following valid ubo syntax that is not working in brave:

^*/fingerprint*.js^
||*-pa.googleapis.com^$third-party
@@||streetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com^$domain=google.com  # Exception for streetview on google.com
@@^js.stripe.com/v*/fingerprinted/js/*^ # Required for stripe to load

it should allow to show the streetview in brave and load stripe payments just fine. This is currently broken in brave only.
