Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Brave in Polish Locale (PL)
2. Enable sync
3. Enable passwords sync
4. Open https://www.w3schools.com/Tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_type_password
5. Enter fake email and password

Actual result:
