Update Wiki With Information About Index other search engines Option

Per discussion in issue #14496 , @bsclifton mentioned that the wiki document Deviations from Chromium should be updated noting the changes made in that issue.

I do not see any information in that document about the Index other search engines option.

I would suggest that information about this setting this might fit into the section labelled 'modified features and functionality'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open the wiki document Deviations from Chromium
2. search the page for anything about the Index other search engines option
3. feel a bit sad when you find nothing

Actual result:

No information is found about the Index other search engines option.

Expected result:

Find some interesting and helpful information about the Index other search engines option. Read and feel happy.

Every time.
