Web UI background changes when closing the approval screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Send UI to open in a tab
2. Submit a transaction
3. Close the approval screen and close the panel
4. Page UI colour changes from dark to light or light to dark

Actual result

Send.UI.background.colour.mp4

Expected result

WebUI colour should not change

@simoarpe this is still an issue. Just background and focusing it and reloading page causes it to change the UI colour
