Bookmarks toolbar button text letters are clipped partially

Describe the issue you encountered:
When horizontally resizing the browser, bookmarks toolbar item text will be smoothly clipped. You end up with partially clipped letters which looks messy.

Expected behavior:
Text should clip/break by each letter.

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  macOS 10.11.6
• Brave Version:
  0.11.2
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Get bookmarks
  2. Resize browser horizontally
  3. Look at bookmarks toolbar item texts
