ZenHub: Links in popup do not navigate

Describe the issue you encountered:
Clicking a navigable link from an extension's popup window appears to have no effect.

Expected behavior:
Clicking a navigable link from an extension's popup window causes the browser to navigate.

Brave Version: 0.12.11

Screenshot if needed:

In the following graphic, I was attempting to click "New Issues". This does not result in navigation. The same thing can be seen with the other links: Dashboard, and Help.

Update: Clicking New Issues opens an empty tab in master at the time of this posting.
Update: Once the cursor is within the .top rectangle, some links (like Dashboard, Help, and Sign Out) are difficult to focus. This may be related to the titleMode logic in js\components\main.js.
