  1. Launch browser with ADDFUNDS_URL=http://somelocation.net npm start
  2. Open preferences / payments / Add Funds ...

• Actual result:
  No button will be shown

• Expected result:
  Button should be shown

• Can this issue be consistently reproduced?
  Yes
