I'd like to be able to group particular URLs together to represent different environments (eg: test, stage, live)
I'd like to be able to configure a global poling time
I'd like to be able to configure a poling time by environment
I'd like to be able to change the poling time at runtime

I'd like to know the time that a URL went from healthy to unhealthy
I'd like to know if a service has recently become unhealthy (eg: pulsate for 30 seconds on going from healthy to unhealthy)

Add a colour-blind mode (red/blue option as well as red/green)
