MOBILEDOC.mdwas not up to date with the current development of the editor and renderers. This change adds missing section types (image and list), and generally adds more detail (specifically around type identifiers, reference by index, and touches on markers)Hopefully this helps new comers get their heads around the format quickly (and without having to look through code)
