Turns out I failed to read the fine print on the Travis sauce_connect addon. It does not provide the sauce tunnel to PRs from forks.
This reverts that change from #578. It's too bad we still have to use our own connect/disconnect scripts, but it's a nonstarter if we can't build PRs from contributors.
