Sample configuration file generation in the cli?

This is a feature request, describing the usecase of generating a configuration file using the cli with pre-defined sane defaults that can be tweaked easily by most users.

Similar to gitlint, pre-commit, and tools such as these, generating a sample config can provide helpful and can make the adoption of bump-my-version easier. For this I can also contribute to this project, since I'm using it in almost all of my projects as of now.
