Describe the bug

As a know the context principle we preserve properties panel group toggle state. This does not work for the DMN properties panel yet, as demonstrated in this capture:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open DRD diagram
  2. Toggle General tab in properties panel open
  3. Close and re-open diagram
  4. __See that General tab is still closed

Expected behavior

  • Similar to BPMN we preserve the toggle state of groups

Environment

  • OS: Ubuntu 24 (Linux)
  • Camunda Modeler Version: v5.29.0
  • Execution Platform: any
  • Installed plug-ins: None
