Describe the bug

Reported initially via the forum we end up with different colors if we pick them from the menu vs. the color picker:

Steps to reproduce

Open BPMN diagram with two elements
Pick color via menu
Pick color via color picker
See different outcomes

Expected behavior

We consistently use the updated color scheme (Update stroke colours to meet approx 7:1 contrast bpmn-io/bpmn-js-color-picker#9)

Environment

OS: Linux
Camunda Modeler Version: v5.29.9
Execution Platform: Any
Installed plug-ins: None
