revamp mouseover preview-overlays (similar to what we had in GAJ)

consistently in timeline and detail views of multi-activity bubbles

Iterative Approach:
We only show overlay previews, where they offer meaningful information.

To start with, preview overlays for the following should be implemented

pictures and PDF's viewed
(enlarge to 'meaningful size')
videos watched and audio listened to
(playback, pause, fast forward, etc.)
