Currently dwp (debuginfo packages on linux) are in the target/deps folder, and we fetch them from there. When rust-lang/cargo#11384 lands we'll be able to fetch them from a stable name instead. See justfile

@passcod Seems like that this is now supported in cargo v1.69.0
