As described in this issue on the sandpaper repo, the automated numbering of episodes can be turned off in an upcoming version of sandpaper. Once that release comes out, we should implement this in our lesson, or consider whether we get the most up-to-date version of sandpaper directly from the GitHub repo, since I believe that is also an option, although I am less clear how to handle that from renv.

It looks like this was resolved with commit 9ea4837 by @anenadic
However, I am a bit confused because our github workflows still seem to point to 0.16.10 as our sandpaper version, but the generated website says 0.16.11 at the bottom. Anyone know how this happened?
In any case, the episode numbering has been addressed so this issue can be considered closed. I might raise a separate issue to investigate why there is the mismatch in sandpaper versions.
