fetch_lesson() was written into the documentation but appears to have not been implemented. A skeleton file for fetch_lesson() was added 4 years ago, but contains no function definition.

This PR removes references tofetch_lesson()from the documentation, as well as the skeleton fetch_lesson.R file. Closes #563
