Ability to reset/remove attribute information from repo

If for any reason the s3 bucket must be changed or cleared out, the plugin appears to retain old state information in the Nexus attribute files which prevent re-publishing artefacts to the (new/cleared) s3 bucket. Would be useful to be able to force re-publishing or to reset local state information so that re-publish happens on the next run.
